Abstract

Method for transmitting signals in a projection system, including the step of transmitting signals (Ra, Ga, Ba and Rb, Gb, Bb) to two or more projection elements (and), which projection elements (and) each are used for projecting a plurality of colors, at least one of these projection elements (and) having a different polarization state for at least one of the colors projected by the respective projection element (and), characterized in that the signals (Ra, Ga, Ba and Rb, Gb, Bb), supplied to said projection elements (and) for one or more colors, are swapped in order to result in a desired polarization for each of the respective colors.
