In an instrument panel () for a motor vehicle having a carrier (), electrical leads () are stretched between contact pins () of an electronic component () and/or a plug part (). The contact pins () are pressed into the carrier (). This makes mounting the electrical leads () on the instrument panel () particularly easy.
