The invention relates to the dielectric composition on the basis of barium titanate (BaTiO) that is present with Ba(ZnNb)Oin a perovslite structure, which dielectric composition exhibits an average grain size din the range of 0.2 μm to 0.5 μm and a crystallite size dbelow 0.3 μm.
