Abstract

The invention concerns a colored soda-lime glass comprising an amount of MgO more than 2%, an amount of FeOless than 1.1%, and amount of MnOless than 1300 ppm, an amount of Co more that 55 ppm and it has a selectivity (SE4) higher than 1.2 and a dominant wavelength λnot exceeding 490 nm and excitation purity (P) more than 10%. Said glass is particularly suited for rear side windows, back windows and glass sun roofs for motor vehicle.
