There is provided a car door structure which comprises an interior door trimat an interior side of a door inner panel, and a noise isolation sheetwhich is installed between the door inner paneland the door trim, covering the door inner panelpartially or wholly. The edge portion of the noise isolation sheetis nipped by a nip portion. The nip portionis formed with portions of the door inner paneland the door trimby making the portions come closer.
