Abstract

The railway car comprises a subframedisposed below a floor of the car body with a clearance therebetween, and a bogiedisposed below the subframewith a clearance therebetween, wherein car bodyand subframeare connected via a first center pinprotruding downward from car bodyor via a first center pinprotruding upward from subframetoward car body, and subframeand bogieare connected via a second center pinprotruding downward from the subframe. A two-step bumperis disposed between the first center pinand the corresponding adjacent member, and two-step bumperis disposed on both sides of center pinin the width direction of car body. Car bodyswings in the width direction when the bogie passes a point. After passing the point, car bodyreturns to its original position by the force of two-step bumper
