Abstract
A location registration systemcomprises a mobile communication terminaland a location registerfor carrying out location registration of the mobile communication terminal. The location registercomprises a storage sectionfor storing the number of stays of the mobile communication terminal; a location registration period determination sectionfor determining a period of location registration of the mobile communication terminalaccording to the number of stays of the mobile communication terminalstored in the storage section; and a location registration control sectionfor transmitting the period of location registration determined by the location registration period determination sectionto the mobile communication terminal, receiving location information of the mobile communication terminaltransmitted therefrom in response to the transmitted period of location registration, and carrying out location registration of the mobile communication terminalaccording to the received location information.
