Abstract

A liquid crystalline transfer sheetincludes a liquid crystal layerformed on the surface of a substrate, where the surface hardness of the liquid crystal layeris higher on the releasing surfaceA side, which is on the substrateside, than on the adhering surfaceB side, which is on the receiving objectside. Therefore, the adhesion between the adhering surfaceB of the liquid crystal layerand the receiving objectbecomes stronger than that between the releasing surfaceA of the liquid crystal layerand the substrate. It is thus possible to securely transfer the liquid crystal layerto the receiving objectwithout leaving a part of the liquid crystal layeron the substrate
