Abstract
The invention relates to a sign hanger A, for facilitating the hanging of items such as a banner or the like from suspended ceiling grids in a store. The sign hanger is adapted to have a twist-lock releasable connection with a ceiling grid. A friction lock structureis added to decrease the likelihood of accidental deinstallation of the sign hanger A. In one embodiment the hanger has an elongated bodyhaving spaced apart flangesin order to hold a banner. In another embodiment the hanger has a centrally located plateau, which co-operates with tapered surfacesandon respective clipsandto hold the hanger in place on the ceiling grid.
