A canola line designated 43A56, plants and seeds of the 43A56 canola line, methods for producing a canola plant produced by crossing the 43A56 line with itself or with another canola plant, and hybrid canola seeds and plants produced by crossing the 43A56 line with another canola line or plant are provided.
