To provide a template holder in which parts such as screws for mounting a template to a template mounting member is not lost. A template holder, in which in a state in which an elastic strutis inserted into a holding holeof a template, the templateis pressed and is caused to abut upon an end surfaceof a base memberby the elastic strutby operating a pressing strut, whereby while the templateis mounted to a holding member, the holding memberis departed from the templateby operating the pressing strutto thereby enable the templateto be removed from the elastic strutand the holding member, wherein the pressing strutand the elastic strutare held by the holding memberwhen the templateis attached and detached.
