Abstract
A method of removing, or otherwise rendering non-conductive, unwanted carbon nanotubes () from an electronic device () includes exposing at least a portion of the device to light emitted by one or more of light sources () that emit light. Those regions of the device that have wanted carbon nanotubes formed thereon can be selectively masked, by various methods, from the emitted light.
