Abstract

CPUgenerates memory card loading/unloading information, based on memory card loading/unloading detection signals inputted from memory I/O. Memory I/Oworks even when the power supply is in the OFF condition. CPUalso generates memory card control information of loaded memory cards Aand B, and stores it in RAM When the power supply is re-activated, CPUrecognizes that memory card control information was stored in RAMunder the power OFF condition, generates memory card control information of loaded memory cards Aand B, and compares that with memory card control information which was stored in RAMwhen the power was turned off, and then judges whether loaded memory cards Aand Bare the same as the cards which were used when the power was turned off.
