Abstract

An apparatus for extending food dough is provided that is compact and has a relatively long conveying path for food dough that extends the food dough. Also, the apparatus can be easily cleaned and maintained. It includes a lower frame () having a food-conveying member to convey food dough in one direction, an upper frame () located above the lower frame, and a cluster of a plurality of extending rollers that are located within the upper frame. To extend the food dough the extending rollers are arranged to be endless and rotatable. The upper frame () can be moved up and down in relation to the lower frame () so that the cluster of the plurality of the extending rollers can be completely separated from the food-conveying member. Thus, the food-conveying member can be easily cleaned.
