Abstract
A ceramic layered productincludes a plurality of ceramic layersincluding a metallic element and a plurality of metal layers, each of which is arranged between the ceramic layersThe metallic layersinclude at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ni, Cu, Ag, and Pd in a total content of not less than 50 atm % as a main component, and at least one element selected from the metallic elements of the ceramic layersin a content of not less than 1 atm % and less than 50 atm % as an additive component. This ceramic layered product can be less susceptible to fracture in the metal layers caused by firing.
