Abstract

A spaceris provided between an inner coreand a resolver rotor, which are respectively attached to a rotary shaft. A cutout grooveis formed at a flangeof the inner core. A fixing grooveand the cutout grooveare aligned in the rotary shaftdirection. The rotary transformer output windingand resolver excitation windingsare soldered and electrically connected by a crossover. The crossoveris covered with an insulating tube. The crossoveris fitted into the fixing groove. The fixing grooveand an inter-magnet spaceare misaligned in the circumferential direction of the rotor. Thus, a frictional force is applied between the insulating tubeand the fixing groove, which secures the crossoverand prevents the crossoverfrom escaping from the fixing groove
