Abstract
The present invention is directed to 1,2,3,4,10,10a-hexahydropyrazino [1,2-a]indole derivatives of formula (I):as well as pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates and esters thereof, wherein the substituents have the meanings provided in the specification. Compounds of the present invention may be used in the treatment or prevention of obesity or Type II diabetes.
