Abstract
A frame clamp () for connecting a ground anchor strap () to I-beam () of manufactured home () includes top jaw (), bottom jaw () and fastening means () therebetween. Top jaw () has engaging portion () on distal end () including arcuate bearing surface () for bearing against I-beam top flange distal edge () responsive to tension in anchor strap () such that clamp () aligns with anchor strap () when anchor strap () is not perpendicular to longitudinal axis () of flange distal edge (). Strap () attaches to bottom jaw () which clamps clamp () to I-beam flange ().
