Abstract
A galleyhas a main bodyconstructed of a panel material, and the galley main bodyhas a table, a sink, a storage compartmentand a service cart housing compartment. A hot-water supply unithas a hot-water tankwith an electric heater and an electric instantaneous water heaterand is supplied with electric power by a control unit. The hot-water tankand a hot-water tapare connected via a hot-water supply line. In response to a command from a device that manages the electric power in the aircraft, the control unitprovides hot water using the instantaneous water heaterwhen the electric power consumption in the aircraft is low.
