Abstract

An apparatus comprising a sampler circuit and a filter circuit. The sampler circuit may be configured to generate a digital signal in response to a pre-amplified signal. The filter circuit may be configured to generate a track ID signal in response to the digital signal. The filter circuit may also be configured to (i) improve or increase signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and (ii) reject DC offset errors.
