Abstract
A fuel delivery system for a fuel cell () includes a substrate () having a cavity () formed therein, an o-ring () embedded within the cavity, and a detachable tube () inserted though and retained within the o-ring. The tube (), when inserted through the o-ring (), forces the o-ring to expand and fill the cavity () thereby forming a liquid tight seal for the transfer of liquid () to a fuel cell chamber ().
