Abstract

A system for holding an article suspended by shoulder straps in front of the body of a use against undesired swinging and movement of the article while affording easy release of the article so that it can be raised for viewing, aiming and sighting and that will provide protection for the suspended article against the elements. and including a cover to fit over an outer exposed surface, the bottom and top of the article and that has a hinged lip manipulated by a pull tab to drop into the space between the article and the body of the user when the cover is fully in place
