A cleaning element () for brooms or brushes comprises a board () having a surface () for supporting a plurality of clusters or bundles () of fibres forming a cleaning body (); each cluster () is provided with a related element () for fastening the clusters () to the surface () and it can be associated to the board (); the latter has at least an internal cavity () for housing the fastening elements () in correspondence with their passage through related through holes () provided in the support surface ().
