A refrigerated merchandiser () includes an upright, open-front, insulated cabinet () defining a product display area () connected in airflow communication with a compartment () via an air circulation circuit (). The flow of refrigerant through the coils () of evaporator () disposed in the compartment () to cool the airflow from the product display area of the refrigerated merchandiser.
