Abstract
Water supplied from a bottleis pre-chilled in a reservoirA two-part water pumptransfers water under pressure through a jet nozzleinto an oxygen spacein a PET pressure vesselwhich entrains oxygen into the water. The pressure vessel is received in a conductive holderand is cooled by a peltier elementprovided with cooling finsThe holderforms a capacitive level sensor with a probeinside the vessel, which starts the pumpwhen oxygenated water is drawn off via a draw tubeand discharge valveWhen the water level in the oxygenating vessel is restored a solenoid valveopens to restore the oxygen pressure in the vessel. For hygiene purposes the pumping body can be removed from the pump motor and replaced together with the reservoirand oxygenating vesselalong with the associated tubing.
