Abstract

Novel compounds of formula (I) wherein Rrepresents hydrogen; Rrepresents hydroxy, fluoro, or an oxo group; Rrepresents hydrogen; Rrepresents hydrogen; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, and the stereoisomers thereof, with the exception of the racemate of (3-amino-2-hydroxypropyl)sulphinic acid. The compounds are useful in therapy, especially for the treatment of reflux disease. The invention is also related to processes for their preparation, intermediates of said process and pharmaceutical compositions containing said therapeutically active compounds and to the use of said active compounds in therapy
