Abstract
Respective mobile radio telephone-specific data for defining conditions (CD. . . C) for a subscriber-dependent control of switching-oriented actions (ACT. . . ACT) are established for one or more mobile subscribers in the mobile switching center (MSC) of the mobile radio-telephone system (PLMN) via the operation and maintenance sub-system (OMS). Given an incoming call (MTC) or an outgoing call (MOC) or given a message transmission (USSD), call-related data and/or subscriber-specific data are evaluated by the mobile switching center with reference to the conditions (CD. . . CD) and, given a satisfied condition (CD, CD, CD), at least one action (ACT, ACT, ACT) is controlled subscriber-dependent. The advantage is that the routing of call connections, the acquisition of the call charges, etc., can be set and implemented subscriber-individually dependent on specific data (call-related and/or subscriber-specific) that is evaluated with reference to the conditions stored in the mobile switching center. What this means for the system operator of the respective mobile radio telephone system is that the operator can himself enter the criteria and parameters for the actions to be controlled into the mobile switching center subscriber-individually in a very flexible way via the operation and maintenance sub-system for individual mobile subscribers or for a plurality of mobile subscribers as well, and can in turn modify these at any time.
