Abstract
In an upper looper holder guidethrough which an upper looper holderpenetrates, a first oil discharge holeis opened in the edge at the upper end of a through-holeand a second oil discharge holeopened in the grooveand are branched off, the opening of the first oil discharge holecontacts with the upper looper holder, and the opening of the second oil discharge holeand grooveare exposed from a longitudinal holeof an upper looper basewhen the upper looper holderreaches the top dead center or the bottom dead center. The oil discharge device is composed of a two-layer trochoid pump.
