Abstract
A quick-action clamping device for a power tool includes a clamping spindle () arranged in the hollow spindle () of the power tool, an elastic member () for biasing the clamping spindle () into its clamping poition, in which the working tool is claming between a claming flange () provided on a working tool-side end of the claming spindle () and the hollow spindle (), an actuation element () for displacing the claming spindle () against the biasing force of the elastic member and into its exchange position in which the working tool () is released, and a compansator () for interrupting action of the elastic member () on the clamping spindle () in the exchange position of the clamping spindle ().
