Abstract

An organic light emitting element comprising a substrate and a translucent reflection film, a transparent electrode, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer and a metal electrode layered on the substrate in that order. At least the hole transport layer, the light emitting layer and the metal electrode are covered with an insulating film and a metal reflection film.
