Abstract
A porous pipe having an excellent absorbing and draining function, a producing apparatus capable of producing a porous pipe at high speed and low cost, and a method of producing a porous pipe are provided. The porous pipe is a pipe formed by spirally winding a tape. The pipe is formed by a hole forming portionfor forming a recess or a notch or a hole in the tapemolded by a tape molding portion, and the hole forming portionis located between the tape molding portionand a pipe forming portionso that the tapeis molded, holesare formed, and a pipeis formed continuously. The holesare formed into a predetermined shape by elongating the holefrom a side of the pipe forming portion. In the pipeformed thereby, a peripheral wall portion of the holeis gradually thin-walled toward an outer peripheral face of the hole.
