Abstract
A system is provided for transmitting generally static media. The system () comprising an electronic device () and a digital audio transmitter (). The electronic device () has a CPU (), a storage medium (), a display (), a user interface (), and a digital audio broadcast receiver (). The digital audio transmitter () has a specialized broadcast server (). The digital audio broadcast receiver () receives and decodes the digital audio signal transmitted by the digital audio transmitter ().
