Abstract

A data and clock signals from a source () are transmitted from a location () to a distant location () together with a phase signal which estimates the difference in phase between a data clock signal and a reference clock signal generated by a reference clock () at location (). At the second location (), the phase signal is used to address coefficients stored in a read only memory () which are used to condition a resample or interpolate filter () which generates resampled data signals.
