Abstract
The heterologous expression of the reverse transcriptase from the Avian Myeloblastosis Virus (AMV-RT) in prokaryotic cells and in particular() is described in the present invention. The invention also includes certain measures to simplify the purification of the heterodimeric AMV-RT.
