Abstract
A device for gasifying a sterilizing liquid comprises a hot air ducthaving an inletat one end thereof and an outletat the other end thereof, a hot air generatorfor supplying to the inlethot air having a temperature capable of gasifying the sterilizing liquid, a spray nozzlefor spraying the sterilizing liquid into the hot air duct, and a plate heaterdisposed as opposed to the outlet
