An electric power tool including a housinghaving a motive power, and a tool holdercoupled to said motive powerfor receiving a cutting tool, a base platehaving an openingthrough which said cutting tool extends, said base platebeing adjustable mounted to said housing by guide arms, the position of said cutting tool being varied by adjusting the position of the base platerelative to the housing, said tool holderbeing able to extend through the openingof the base platefor easier access to the tool holder, a slave pinin the housingadapted to engage a recess in the tool holder to lock the tool holderagainst rotation to enable single-handed removal of a tool from the tool holderfrom above a tool table, such as a router table.
