Abstract
The present invention relates to a conveyor pan () for underground face and gate conveyors, with a bottom pan () and a top pan () for the guidance of scrapers of a scrapper chain, the conveyor pan () having a welded frame construction () comprising side walls firmly fixed to one another with a conveyor base () and a means () of joining the conveyor pans. In accordance with the present invention the side walls comprise mirror image single part rolled profiles () with a constant profile form over the length of the conveyor pan (), whereby the rolled profile () includes a base arm () and a top arm () both angled outwards as well as an extended intermediate arm () joining these, which is provided with an offset (), onto which intermediate arm () on its inside at least one step () is formed for the support and welding on of at least one of the intermediate plates (A) stiffening the frame construction ().
