Abstract
A shielded connection arrangement is provided for electrically connecting at least one multiple-conductor shielded electrical wire to a circuit carrier or the like, in particular for connecting an Ethernet line to an electrical device. The connection arrangement includes an electrically insulating housinghaving a securable coverand, located therein, insulation displacement contactsfor making contact with wire conductorsof the at least one electrical wire. Within the insulating housingand/or below the coverthere is an electrically conductive shield platefor shieldingthe interior of the housing in a manner which is largely closed.
