Abstract
This invention provides a plant-activating agent which can activate plants effectively and give a liquid preparation stable in storage for a long time. In this invention, (A) a Cmono-alcohol and (B) a Cmono-alcohol are used together with a surfactant, a fertilizer component and a chelating agent if necessary.
