Abstract

An objective of the present invention is to provide a method of producing soyasapogenol B and to provide novel microorganisms. The present invention provides a method of producing soyasapogenol B comprising the steps of culturing microorganisms that belong to genusor genus, in a medium containing a glycoside having soyasapogenol B as an aglycone, and then collecting soyasapogenol B from the resulting culture.
