Abstract
A blank oscillator' is prepared for each office, and control data is written into this blank oscillator′, thereby manufacturing an oscillator. Upon receiving an order from a user terminal, a business center serverselects the most suitable office for the delivery of the oscillator and sends the data to the office. A data writing apparatusinstalled in this office generates control data based on the data, and writes the control data into the blank oscillator′, thereby manufacturing the oscillator
