A USSD Call Back Service UCB which provides a function via which a telephone call MOC begun in a foreign country is implemented by a call back service which then provides the functions of: Analysis of an incoming USSD string, Analysis of A party and B party, Call set-up to the A party, Call set-up to the B party.
