An ink bottle mounting apparatus comprising a bottle mounting apparatus bodyhaving an ink bottleand a bottle insertion chamberinto which the ink bottleis inserted, wherein the ink bottle mounting apparatus further comprises a bottle lock memberwhich is engaged with a grooveformed on a side peripheral surface of the ink bottleto prevent the ink bottlefrom being pulled out when the ink bottleis mounted to the bottle mounting apparatus body.
