Abstract
The present invention relates to 4-pyridyl- and 2,4-pyrimidinyl-substituted pyrrole derivatives and their use in pharmacy, of the formula 1:in which the variables have the meanings indicated in the description. The compounds according to the invention have immunomodulating and/or cytokine release-inhibiting action and are therefore utilizable for the treatment of disorders which are connected with a disturbance of the immune system.
