Abstract
An acoustic piano is equipped with a desk board fallen down onto and raised on a desk rail, wherein a one-way clutch and releaser are provided between the desk rail and a shaft connected to the desk board so that a pianist raises the desk board and keeps it at the optimum angular position without any prop.
