Abstract
An inorganic particles-containing additive composition is disclosed which contains a polyvalent metal, a phosphoric acid ion, an organic acid having a carboxyl group and an alkali metal, said composition satisfying the following requirements of (a) and (b):70≦X≦90000  (a) X: Amount (mg/Kg) of the alkali metal contained in a solid content of the additive composition,0.1≦Y≦15  (b) Y: Electric conductivity (mS/cm) when the additive composition is adjusted to a solid concentration of 10% by weight. The additive composition is excellent not only in dispersibility and storage stability in a liquid, but also in flavor.
