Abstract
An ink-jet recording sheet comprising a reflective support having thereon a porous ink absorbing layer containing a dye or a pigment, wherein a color difference ΔabL defined by the following formula is not more than 7:Δ=[()+()+()]wherein (L, a, b) and (L, a, b) each are a set of coordinates (L*, a*, b*) defined in a CIELAB color space and measured on a surface of the reflective support adjacent to the ink absorbing layer and on an outermost surface of the ink absorbing layer respectively, and ais in a range of −2 to 2 and bis in a range of −4 to 4.
