Abstract
An ovenable enclosure () for pizza or other heatable food product comprises a box of taint free board having an interior clearance over the pizza, a central vent () in the upper surface and a metal plate () on lower surface. The enclosure gives more consistent heating of the pizza with reduced edge dryness.
