Abstract
Drivers () drive respective DC brushless motors () having rotor position detecting Hall-effect devices. A CPU () detects the numbers of rotations of the respective motors () in response to the detection of the positions of the rotors by the Hall-effect devices, and causes the driving of the motors () by the drivers () to stop when the detected number of the rotations attains a preset value.
