Abstract
The invention concerns a composition useful for conditioning sludge obtained by mixing an invert emulsions containing at least a cationic polyelectrolyte with an invert emulsion or an aqueous solution containing at least a mineral cation with a charge not less than two. The invention also concerns the corresponding applications.
